Life can be tough at times. As we travel through the ups and downs that we encounter in life, sometimes we need someone to help us through. It is my mission as a therapist to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment to assist you in working through life’s challenges to help you heal, grow, and obtain your full potential. I have 21 years of experience working with individuals and families and specialize in treating trauma issues. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to change their lives and engaging in the therapeutic process is very much a partnership built on trust and improving relationships.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Wichita State University. I attended The University of Kansas and received my Master in Clinical Social Welfare. I have raised two children, and understand the challenges of parenting. I am passionate about working with adults who are also passionate about improving their lives. I am a certified peer coach, a trauma systems therapy trainer, and have extensive experience in working with those in crisis.
