Caring for Caregivers Support Group

A support group for caregivers of the chronically ill

Real Life Counseling is hosting a support group for caregivers of the chronically ill. The goal of this support group is to provide a place for caregivers to receive continuous emotional support and understanding from fellow caregivers, giving them to the strength to endure and continue to be the support they need to care for their loved one.

What to expect from the Caregiver Support Group:
  • Discussions of the trials and triumphs of being a caregiver
  • A safe space where caregivers can meet and support one another through the difficulties of being a caregiver
  • Encouragement, understanding, and validation from others going through similar trials
  • Guidance throughout the various emotions experienced related to being a caregiver
