Lyndsey Fletcher, LMLP-T

Is the life season you’re in full of uncertainty, stress, and transitions? Or maybe you’re feeling stuck, discouraged, or anxious, and nothing you do seems to help. Whatever season you’re in, my goal is to help you find creative ways to gain relief, clarity, and a better understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate this season in a way that feels more authentic and life-giving to you.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Instead, I believe therapy should be shaped around you, your experiences, and your goals. Together, we’ll create an approach that supports your growth, whether that means starting sessions with therapeutic checkpoints, using laughter and analogies, finding structure, embracing flexibility, or getting creative with what works for you. Ultimately, this is about finding an approach that helps you move toward where you want to be.

My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, with an interest in life transitions, identity exploration, and building skills and perspectives that support meaningful change. I draw from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and narrative therapy to help clients better understand their experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and explore the stories they tell themselves about who they are and who they want to become. I look beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person, not just a collection of challenges or diagnoses.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Come as you are, settle in, and let’s start exploring what it might look like to create a life that feels more like your own.
