I work with children, individuals, and families navigating big emotions, relational challenges, and life transitions. I have a special interest in ADHD and helping families better understand and support their children’s needs. 

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and systemic. I focus on helping clients build on their strengths to find strategies that fit their unique needs. I often utilize play in my sessions with children to help them express themselves, learn, skill-build, and tell their story in the language they know best – play!
