Emotional Eating Group

Weight Management and Body Image coach Jenny Helms will start an Emotional Eating Group at the Real Life Counseling offices October 20th. It will be an ongoing group meeting on Tuesday nights at 6:30, and you can join any time. We would love to have you, and look forward to supporting you in your journey toward having a healthier relationship with food and your body.

Who may benefit from attending?

– Anyone who has struggled to lose weight only to gain it all back;

– Anyone who feels their eating is out of control or that food thoughts take up way too much time and mental energy;

– Those who have developed a “love-hate” relationship with food;

– People who use food habitually to soothe unpleasant emotions or other discomforts;

– People who feel uncomfortable with their bodies & struggle to maintain healthy eating habits
