Jenny comes from a background of training in psychology, nutrition, fitness, interpersonal relationships, and doing the work of creating a healthy lifestyle in her own life. Her approach also entails engaging clients in experiential sessions in which she personally walks through meal-prepping, mindful cooking and eating, exercising and processing these vital experiences by your side.
